Here's what the incredible people at the Royal British Legion had to say!

"Our sincere thanks to Joshua Webster and all his team at the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema Redhill for asking the RBL along at the special showing of the new film “Dad’s Army” today, also a huge thank you for organising and allowing collections for the Poppy Appeal for the 13 days that “Dads Army” is being shown at the Harlequin Theatre.

We took along today the Surrey RBL County treasurer 98 years young Ron Pearce also known as “Romeo Ron” who again today showed why he justly deserves that title.

Our thanks to everyone who came and talked with “Romeo” it was nice to see how many people recognised Ron’s amazing award the Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur, (The Legion of Honor) France’s premier award that he proudly wore today.

From us all at Surrey RBL thank you again to Joshua and all his staff at the Harlequin Redhill for your support for the RBL, also thanks to CPAC Mandy and Alec for all your support and help."
