The Harlequin Theatre announces shows for the October '15 - March '16 season

It’s another season jam packed with a huge variety of entertainment for everyone!

The Harlequin Theatre is proud to continue with a commitment to providing the very best in Event Cinema with live and recorded productions from: The National Theatre, English National Opera, Royal Shakespeare Company, Bolshoi Ballet and the Royal Opera House. This season also brings a wonderful opportunity to see David Suchet starring in Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest”!

Our Pantomime production of Aladdin, starring Lee Latchford-Evans will be a Steptacular jewel encrusted family experience sure to dazzle and delight. So fasten your seat belts for a magical ride of mystery, sparkling romance and dazzling adventure with this year’s lavish show, where audiences can escape to a world of magic, and adventure in this pantomime flight of spectacle, slapstick and song! Come and cheer on Aladdin, Wishee Washee and Widow Twankey as they do battle with the evil magician Abanazar. Will our handsome hero find true love with the delectable Princess Jasmine? Maybe with a little help from the Slave of the Ring and the Genie of the Lamp we'll reach a happy ever after ending!

If it’s music you’re after then we have a superb array of talent for you to choose from, including Clare Teal, Misstasia, Think Floyd, Talon, Sherry Babys, G2 and Dreaming of Kate Bush.

Talk and discussion events have proved extremely popular in recent times so we’ve booked three incredible events for you: Professor Robert Winston, An Evening with Monty Don and Rogues on the Road with Henry Blofeld and Peter Baxter!

There really is something for everyone all the way through this season, don’t miss out on our spectacular shows in March including a Snooker Legends Evening where “Rocket” Ronnie O’Sullivan will take on “Whirlwind“ Jimmy White in an unmissable event! March will also feature the return of Pasha Kovalev, winner of Strictly Come Dancing 2014, bringing his brand new show “It’s All About You” to the Harlequin Theatre’s stage!
