Comedy Cottage: Our monthly Comedy Club!

Top TV circuit & International comedians perform alongside rising stars of the future. We always aim for a smorgasbord of a line-up, offering something for everyone. On the last Friday of the month, the Comedy Cottage take over our largest function room bringing you the hottest local comedians from the circuit.  Tickets are just £11 and doors open at 8.00pm. 


The Award Winning Comedy Cottage returns after a summer break with another stellar smorgasbord line-up and a fun night out guaranteed, all whilst raising funds for causes close to our hearts!

Headlining this month will the be International Comedian and Writer, columnist for the Guardian and New Statesman, who can be currently seen on C5's Celebs in Solitary, the utterly famously fabulous....

The Award Winning Comedy Cottage (Voted Chortle Best Club South twice) is back for our annual Halloween special in aid of 'Mama Biashara'. With our usual smorgasboard of comedic delights!


Headlining for us and back by popular demand are possibly the most famous double act since Laurel & Hardy. They are definitely the only double act of their kind on the planet and definitely not an act to be missed!. The massively popular and hilarious....

He's written for BBC comedy including the Breaking The News and Sam Delaney's News Thing. Mama Biashara is run by the doyenne of comedy reviewers Kate Copstick - she has helped women in Kenya start up small home run business's to empower women.

If you are able to, we would appreciate if you can donate any of the following items on the night which will enable Kate to help these women with their small business of mobile beauty/nail bars etc.
