Seating plans
When you book tickets, if the event is in Auditorium or the Cinema, you will be shown the seating plan and can use it to choose your preferred available seats.
If the event takes place in another part of the venue or is part of Harlequin Outdoors, e.g. on the stage, Woolsack & Tanners, Reigate Castle grounds etc., no seat is allocated, so seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Several seats can be accessed without using steps in the auditorium and cinema. Wheelchair-accessible seats for both the auditorium and the Cinema are in row A (row AA in the auditorium does not offer step-free access). If you wish to book one of these seats, please contact our friendly Box Office Team. A wheelchair is available for use by visitors free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that in Relaxed Screening, the audio volume is lowered, and the lighting levels are raised.
