Harlequin Residents Survey Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

• The survey closes on Sunday 27 March 2022.
• All survey responses must be submitted by the closing date.
• Only one response per person is permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for responses which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery to or from the Harlequin due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or any other reason.
• Members of staff and Councillors from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council are not permitted to enter.
• There are six voucher prizes available, 1 x £50 and 5 x £20. The vouchers can be used for over 50 high street brands.
• Prize winners will be drawn at random by the Harlequin on Friday 1 April 2022 and notified by email within seven days. If a winner is not available, their email address not functioning or they do not claim the prize within five days of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner chosen.
• The email address provided to enter the prize draw will only be used to notify the winners and deliver the prizes, and not for any other purpose, unless you tick the box on the survey to be added to the Harlequin mailing list.
• The Harlequin reserves the right to withdraw or amend this prize draw at any time without notice.
• By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
