Terms and conditions

Please take note of the following:

  • children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
  • information about shows and screenings is correct at the time of release but we reserve the right to alter or amend the programme, cast or arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances
  • discounts and price changes may be introduced without notice and will not apply to tickets already purchased
  • mobile devices should be turned off or switched to silent when inside the auditorium or cinema
  • it is not permitted to photograph or record any part of a show or screening
  • resale of tickets is not permitted
  • we reserve the right to refuse admission
  • only food and drink bought at the venue may be consumed on the premises. Our cafĂ© offers a full hot and cold menu, and we have a wide range of drinks and snacks available at our kiosk
