Hire options

We have function rooms of various sizes available to suit a range of events including corporate functions, exercise classes, dance classes, rehearsals, meetings, networking, exhibitions, awards, celebrations and birthday parties. Our Front of House team will be delighted to meet, greet and offer support throughout your event. The venue is fully accessible on both floors and there are six disabled parking spaces for Blue Badge holders available directly by the entrance to the Harlequin, accessible via the Sainsbury’s car park. The venue is easy to locate in the centre of town, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train and bus stations.

Prices start from £20 per hour and rooms will be laid out to your specification. For larger functions, our main auditorium is available for hire, subject to availability. The space can accommodate up to 500 people and is incredibly flexible with tiered seating and flat floor options.


Our Bar and Catering department offers catering for all budgets and dietary requirements, from light refreshments to buffet lunches, delicious hot meals and the best barista coffee and teas. Bespoke catering is available for private functions and there is also a fully licensed bar for guests to enjoy.
