5 Children & It
Wednesday 28th August – 2 pm

On 28th August ‘This is My Theatre’ is performing E Nesbit’s classic children’s story of 5 Children & It. The five children – Cyril, Anthea, Robert, Jane, and their baby brother, known as the Lamb – are playing in a gravel pit one morning when they uncover a rather grumpy and sometimes tricky Psammead, a sand-fairy with the ability to grant wishes.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream
Wednesday 28th August – 7 pm

On 28th August ‘This is My Theatre’ is performing Shakespeare’s classic ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’. The woods outside Athens are busy this night. Four young Athenian lovers are lost. Oberon and Titania, the king and queen of the fairy-folk, are quarrelling whilst a group of craftsmen (who also happen to be some not-so-very-talented actors) are meeting in secret to rehearse their play.

Teddy Bears Picnic
Thursday 29th August 1pm

Teddy Bears Picnic is a approximately one-hour show, including Paddingtons first Concert, Teddy Bears Picnic and various other fun-filled pieces for all the family. Join us at Reigate Castle Grounds on Thursday 30th August, 1pm for this family fun show!

Paddington has various misadventures while attending his first concert. A piece for wind quintet and narrator. Please bring along your teddy bear and a picnic!!

Peter and the Wolf Concert
Thursday 29th August 5.30pm

Chamberhouse Winds presents Peter & The Wolf at Reigate Castle Grounds on Thursday 29th August, 5.30pm.

This programme is ideal to introduce children to classical music. All the wind instrument family will be individually introduced and there will also be a piece for hosepipe! These private and public performances are aimed at helping children to enjoy going to concerts by making the experience fun and entertaining, as well as the educational benefits that this can offer.

As You Like It

The Duke’s Theatre Company will return to Reigate Castle Grounds on 4th September to host their production of Shakespeare’s As You Like It. Following acclaimed tours of Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Twelfth Night this is one production not to miss! Tickets are available now!

Poetry at the Castle

Join us for an evening of poetry on a warm summers evening at the beautiful Reigate Castle Grounds on Thursday 5th September. Award winning poets Paul Lyalls and Woodzy will be performing their best and newest poems for you to enjoy this summer. The Gondoliers

Our final performance of the summer will be Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Gondoliers performed by Illyria Theatre Company on 7th September.
